Fleet Service Partners Breaks Ground on New Evansville Facility

Evansville, IN — April 22, 2026 — Fleet Service Partners (FSP), a NIX® Companies business, has officially broken ground on a new facility on Evansville’s north side, marking a major step forward in the growth of its fleet services platform.

The new building is expected to be completed in August 2026, with a ribbon-cutting to follow.

Expanding to Better Serve Fleet Customers

Fleet Service Partners was launched in 2025 by NIX® Companies, bringing together Indiana Body Works, Elpers Truck Equipment, and Midwest Trailer Sales under one unified platform.

This new facility will allow FSP to bring key operations together into one location, including:

• Commercial vehicle paint and collision repair
• Equipment and upfitting solutions for light- to heavy-duty trucks
• Trailer sales and service
• Parts and accessories

By consolidating these services, FSP is positioned to increase capacity and simplify how customers manage their equipment and fleets.

Built for Efficiency and Growth

The facility will sit alongside an existing operational building at 8136 Baumgart Road in Evansville and will feature:

• 10 large service bays
• Two 10-ton bridge cranes
• Four 5-ton hoists

This investment supports continued growth for Fleet Service Partners while improving coordination across its operations.
