Poseyville, IN (December 22, 2025): We are pleased to announce the addition of Neil Ryan to the NIX Companies Board of Advisors, bringing with him a depth of operational, technical, and strategic leadership from his tenure in the soil stabilization and materials industries.
Neil currently serves as President of Mt. Carmel Stabilization Group, Inc. (MCSG)—the world’s largest soil stabilization contractor—where he has helped shape the company’s growth trajectory for more than 15 years. His career reflects steady advancement through key leadership roles, including Marketing & Business Development, Vice President of Operations, and ultimately President in 2020. He recently concluded his service as President of Omni Materials, Inc. (2022–2025), where he played a central role in developing a nationwide terminal network and advancing proprietary technologies.
Throughout his career, Neil has become known for a hands-on, field-first leadership style. He spent years in direct customer-facing and jobsite roles—at times serving as a Field Superintendent—earning respect across North America’s construction and materials sectors. His technical expertise in soil stabilization and his ability to simplify complex challenges have led him to deliver hundreds of industry presentations across the continent.
Neil’s operational oversight has extended internationally as well, having led MCSG’s Canadian division and high-growth regions across Ohio, Kentucky, and wind-energy markets from 2010 to 2022. His leadership has been instrumental in guiding organizations through multiple market cycles with focus, resilience, and long-term strategy.
A graduate of the University of South Dakota (BS) and Oakland City University (MBA), Neil and his wife Jessica reside in Evansville, Indiana with their four children.
Neil’s combination of operational rigor, technical depth, and people-centered leadership aligns closely with the NIX brand purpose to keep America’s industries safe, efficient, and reliable. His background complements our continued growth across fabrication, coatings, industrial services, and multi-business platforms. As we expand our reach and develop new capabilities, his insight will be invaluable in shaping strategy, strengthening operations, and supporting our next generation of leaders.

With this appointment, Neil Ryan will be stepping into the board seat previously held by Jim Gribbins, who has completed a full term of service on the NIX Companies Board of Advisors.

Under his leadership, the company has grown to five regional offices and more than 250 employees. Jim also serves as Owner of Premier Development Properties and contributes extensively to national pension and medical boards, union contractor alliances, and numerous industry and community organizations.
