NIX® Breaks Ground on New Headquarters in Poseyville, Indiana

A Strategic Investment in Long-Term Growth and Legacy

POSEYVILLE, IN — April 24, 2026 — NIX® Companies, a fifth-generation family-owned holding company, has officially broken ground on a new headquarters facility located on Frontage Road in Poseyville, Indiana. This milestone represents a significant investment in the organization’s long-term growth and continued commitment to the community.

The new headquarters will serve as the central hub for the organization, supporting its portfolio of companies, including NIX® Industrial, Fleet Service Partners, Superior Property Holdings, and Captivated Content.

The facility is designed to enhance collaboration, operational efficiency, and scalability across the organization. It will house executive leadership along with human resources, marketing, information technology, and accounting teams.

Construction is being completed in partnership with Acura Engineering and GBE Group, with an anticipated completion date in spring of 2027.
