Evansville, IN – July 16, 2025 – Nix Companies is proud to announce its holding company, Indiana Body Works, has acquired full ownership of Elpers Truck Equipment in Evansville, Indiana. Elpers has been a leading provider of commercial truck equipment and services for more than 25 years. Elpers has served thousands of customers across the Tri-State area with light, medium, and heavy-duty truck solutions — including equipment sales, installations, repairs, and parts support.

This acquisition marks a significant step in the continued expansion of Nix Companies’ fleet service offerings. With this latest addition to its family of businesses, Nix Companies is also announcing the official launch of Fleet Service Partners, a new platform business that unites all of its truck, trailer, and fleet service operations under one cohesive brand.

Fleet Service Partners will now serve as the primary entity for:

• Commercial vehicle paint & collision repairs
• Truck and trailer maintenance and repair services
• Equipment and upfitting solutions for light to heavy-duty trucks
• Trailer Sales
• Parts and accessories sales for fleet owners and operators

Under this new platform, Elpers Truck Equipment joins existing Nix Companies holdings: Indiana Body Works (Evansville, IN) and Midwest Trailer Sales (Poseyville, IN). Over the next several years, these operations will undergo brand transitions and ultimately be unified under the Fleet Service Partners name — creating a seamless customer experience and improved brand clarity across markets.

While Nix Companies serves as the parent organization, it is important to note that this announcement does not reflect a new service offering by Nix Industrial, which is a separate operating company under the Nix Companies umbrella. Nix Industrial, our legacy platform company,focuses on metal fabrication, coatings, and machining services. The formation of Fleet Service Partners represents the consolidation and growth of Nix Companies’ fleet-focused businesses (Indiana Body Works, Midwest, and Elpers) and will operate independently from Nix Industrial.
